Use lan cable instead of wifi

I've been using Kodi and streaming for more than 10 years now, so I know the do's and don'ts...

I'm currently only getting buffering on the Kodi DSTV app, not on any other streaming app. Also no buffering using DSTV via Android DSTV app or phone.

So I am posting here to see if anyone else have a similar problem.

Maybe provide a list in the first post then on what we are allowed to ask about and what not.

I finally resolved my issue - I called afrihost and asked them to reset the IP address, turned off the fibre and routers, waited 15 minutes and it worked first time and still working now.

To your issue - I have tried it on multiple devices and I never had the issue where I had to constantly log in though.

We have our own on network akamai cache which serves DSTV streams.

Must be something else. As soon as I select a live dstv steam the whole Kodi freeze and need a hard reset. Using Libreelec 10.2.

Orher streaming services work fine.

Maybe you need a better streamer. Even on the android boxes that freezing happen for a second when starting a stream. Think that is where it is collecting the decryption keys.

Having an error as well with the addon- said to log out and in again if error persists. Something about a token.

Did and have to do the whole TV code thing again. Haven't bothered yet tonight.

Hi Jeremy ... im getting an error msg Irdeto create session... 502 bad gateway...on Kodi 19.3 ...using and Android 10.1 box ... any way going forward on it or maybe shed some light on it please ... thank you sir
 
Hi guys ... I'm trying to load kodi slyguy... but it's keeps telling me ... no network on server... using an Android box 10.1 ... it's connected to Wi-Fi using a cable... any advise please?
