Report Damaged/At Risk Openserve Infrastructure

Hi all, happy new year!

We moved into a new place this last week and got Openserve fibre connected up.

While walking around the complex, I came across an Openserve Manhole with a badly damaged cover, and I'm sure it won't be long before the cover falls in and damages the fibres.

Can anyone advise the best way to report this to Openserve before more damage occours?
