Roaming for data in MTN in Sedgefield area

The newly announced data promotions, specifically the 5 GB one with roaming on MTN where 8Ta is not up to it, can anyone tell what the speed and general service is like in the Sedgefield area, please?

Is there a difference between the delivery of data services to a direct MTN client as opposed to a roaming, in this case an 8Ta client, in other areas, another question I would appreciate comments on, thanks.

Which newly anounced data promotion are you referring to? The 5GB with roaming on MTN for R666 has been there for quite some time. We cannot answer what the speed you will experience there, but the fellow forum users might. You should experience the same service any MTN customer experiences in the area.

This is for all areas. If the 8ta 3G signal is stronger in the area, you will connect to 8ta and the same goes for MTN. This is the case for all areas nationally.
