Rocketnet - feedback?

i guess they're forfeiting the calendar month notice.

I didn't cancel my service earlier, I did give them more than a month notice, they cancel my service because I am "abusing" him. In fact, if they investigate what is the problem properly, that will not have such problem and it is wasting my time. I really don't want to see such mess.

do you see that they ever responded to the speed question after I posted the pics? they just cut me off, I gave them a special deal to silent me but that is not including no refund. actually if for me, I just give back the money and shut the people's mouths and then move on, only R739, what a big deal?

I really do apologies for this, however the customer that goes by the name of DreamKing has asked us to cancel immediately and he wouldn’t post anything.

We waived the calendar months notice and agreed to his request.

As a company we stand up for what is fair and equitable and will not be bullied or held to ransom.

Again I would like to personally apologies to all on this thread for, exposing everyone to this “mudslinging”.

Hopefully we can use the forum and threads for what they are intended for, which is feedback to customers around issue and attending and helping customers learn and gain knowledge around fibre and the internet.

Apologies for this. We can confirm that we are working with FF to get your services upgraded as requested to 200/200. There has been some issues with the cancellation request, and then revoking the cancellation and now upgrade.

We will confirm once the upgrade has been done.

Normally upgrade should only take a few hours, but this case is different.

Who are being favoured here, the forum member or the service provider Rocketnet?

Seems to me more this DreamKing chap, after throwing his toys out of his cot.

We reported his actions and sent plenty of evidence to all the moderators as we can’t share everything publicly for various reasons, but it’s honestly unfortunate that people are so abusive. We are happy to work together with our customers for a solution, but unfortunately there was a lot of abuse and it became irritating to the rest of the MYBB forum community as he refused to send us an email to talk to us offline...

Just playing open cards, as that’s how we do business...

Again apologies to all the forum users for this...

In a few days that drops back into the next page and everyone forgets. :ROFL: Or another thread becomes more active and everyone goes there and lurks... errr. trolls...

Thanks just not our style, but felt I needed to make a stand against people who abuse our staff.

As you can see my 3 tests all done within minutes from each other all have varying results, I do find that Google Chrome, in particular, doesn't always give a true reflection of the data..
