I was with them for 3 years from the time fibre was installed in our estate. At first they were climbing over each other to get to help me. Slowly that eagerness went away. Then they wouldn’t talk, wa only. Then even wa’s took days to respond to and the line kept dropping. So I just gave up and fired them, thinking there’s 100’s of isp’s out there. Turns out they’re ALL useless!I've been with Kiklo for 3 months (apparently they have a mandate for that time in our estate?) - not sure the mandate is legal to reinforce.
They've been fine. Service delivery ok. The line physically went down on a Saturday and they aren't open on the wkend to correct it so that was frustrating.
I see Rocketnet prices seem amazing - anyone used them? Metrofibre installed our line.
