Hi peeps
Thought I would share my latest project
I have always liked modifying my cars, but until I could earn enough to splash on to a car I was rocking it with old auto mercs and as for a car guy that was really ****
My Previous cars
1984 Honda Prelude - currently in pieces plan is to build a drag car
1980 Merc 280se Auto - sold
1992 190E 2.0 Auto - totaled
1986 B20A JDM Accord - Scrapped
1989 300E Auto - Sold
1994 C230 Auto - Sold
1997 Civic Vtec - Sold
2007 CRV RVI - Now the wifes car has jbl sound with a custom 8" box
2010 320i Manual - My Daily Runner
Since selling my vtec I was itching for a new project and decided on E36 cylinder manual which must be cheap but still running as I wanted it for spinning and drifting
Here is a pic of my vtec which eventually got it to 97wkw at a stingy dyno here in JHB. Stock tec's make around 79kw at this dyno

Unfortunately I do not have pics of my other cars that I modified
So I found one 1992 non vanos 325i bought it cheap
And it is really rough !!!
Before

After - still not there changing the colour of the car and a whole lot more

So I took my car to the dyno and got really terrible numbers

Here is what I have found wrong with the car
1. Knock on rear when accelerating.
2. Running high on idle
3. Bonnet Sticks while trying to open and bonnet shocks are gone
4. Door wouldn’t open properly
5. Sunroof Collapsed
6. Smoke leaking from valve cover onto manifold causing smoke to come into the cabin
7. Faded paintwork and misted front headlights
8. Froint indicators damaged and missing
9. Torn and abused interior
10. Buckled rims and on some tyres bubbles
11. Lots of play on the steering
12. Loose and squeaky suspension
13. Leaking exhaust
14. No radio
15. AC Not working
16. Brocken door panels
17. Central Locking not working
18. Cracked lenses on mirrors
19. Boot spoiler fell off
20. And more
