I liked Rugby 08 World league mode. For me that was a career mode. Building up your team from scratch and watch your team climb or fall from the ranks. Like i said i like to see progress and I can't play a game without be a pro or a career mode anymore. If you played a game with be a pro then you need a game with career or be a pro

This is why a play Football Manager, last night my swedish club Malmo FF beat Inter Milan 6-1 home and 2-0 Away in the Champions league Qualifier Playoffs.

Thats awesome. If RC 3 or future games can have a coach mode just like football manager then I will enjoy that

The trailer shows off some pre-game cinematics and rituals, try-scoring dives, celebrations, and a decent amount of gameplay footage too. It certainly looks decent, but how good it is will depend solely on how it plays.

Rugby Challenge 3 features Rugby Sevens for the first time, which should get you ready for the Olympics, an all-new Be A Pro mode in which your player grows over the course of 13 seasons, a variety of game modes, and an array of licensed teams and competitions from Rugby Union and Sevens.

Rugby Challenge 3 will be released on April 22nd on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
