Rust South African Server

Hey,

So I built a 2 x 2 with foundations, metal door etc. Found my house today, and a single wooden wall was missing. This is the wooden wall next to the door. So basically, c4 can blow up any wall?

How does one protect boundary walls from being blown up?

Place spikes next to your home.

or just build higher, and place valuables there, so if they do start blowing up they need a lot more C4

The /location has been updated and added back, and will be availeble after a server restart, if not tonight, by tomorrow. On the Rust server.
 
I will miss the pickaxe to destroy objects but I don't mind either way. I guess I will just be more careful building if we have no mods.
My game is really buggy now (along with most others) and the changing/invisible items makes simple things difficult (finding items in storage boxes, looting your own bag, etc)

All I just never want is the "money system" - please never activate that.
I would like less decay and gear deterioration, but i'm not sure if that's possible in the server settings?

As long as we don't wipe every week i'm happy with whatever other things you guys decide. (monthly if we have to is okay I guess)
 
Payday came,

RUST was bought.. (as convinced)


Played for like an hour last night, managed to build a wood house and successfully died twice, I however didn't have a map and lost my house which goes without saying. I played on the Australian Test Server because there was no official South African one. So would someone please help me find where to find a South African Server ( I assumed it would be under the Community tab but 94 pages were too much to go through with the excitement I had ), looking forward to seeing some of you guys over there!
 
Prob updating the server. Had so many people complaining and whining about it not being updated yesterday already. I actually got irretated by the whining. Seeing as they are playing on the server for free and the update of the server is out of the Admin's hands.

Ja, I have no problem. It's also in alpha, these things sometimes aren't as smooth as we hope they will be.

As long as it fixes the inventory issues!

My Biggest problem is de-syncing (Ghosting) But it's because I'm running the game on XP. I have a Vista Drive I just need to boot from it. I don't want to install steam again so will try tonight to see if I can boot on the other drive and run Steam from the slave drive. I'm really getting into the game and enjoying it extremely. That is my one and only gripe now but it's on my side and not on the game's side. Once that is sorted I can start making my M4's and go scavanging.

Got the plans to make them. Now just need 40 low quality metal. Had but needed to make doors. So now need to farm ore again. I already have 26 gun powder i made so long for the ammo :D (Can't make the ammo yet though) But let's hope that changes soon.
 
Yea sorry guys, server is being updated.. and you know Multiplay they can update a server which takes them 3 hours, will shout if server is back online.
