Yeah it actually seems to be a bit of a master stroke from the DA on this front... walk away from the ANC funding event and remove its legitimacy... Squirrel is panicking bevok at the moment cos they need this to happen and for it to not look like the freeding frenzy it will be.

Squirrel needs to learn some humility and actually consult with his government partners.

Senzo Mchunu has a problem. Now that complaint made to IPID by the Minister which turned out not to have been sent by the Minister makes all the sense in the world.

I hope he gets some extra protection.
Looks like some serious undermining happened, Mkhwanazi is well versed on the processes of the police and the legal justice system, even way more informed than the bumbling National Commissioner.

As things are now he has explicitly accused Mchunu of perjury and he has evidence to prove it.

Gayton and his mediocrity. Not a surprise for an individual who is more interested in coloured nationalism than any form of governing, which he probably finds rather boring. Corrupt as hell as well. Also remember when he was mayor of Beaufort West and promised there'd be an airport there? About that...

"There can never be peace between the police and the criminals"

This in the same comment where he mentioned Sibiya and Mchunu...

So the ANC/Ramaphosa are arguing he must be part of this nonsense as a Minister and separate this from his role as DA leader. Ja/nee. Everyone with a brain knows this dialogue as a way to put a shine on ANC before the local elections.
Exactly. Mbeki and Rama are pinning ANC's final hope on the Monologue...

Hence the raging at DA. I hope JS sticks to his guns.
