I don't very much like Helen Zille from a political perspective as, to me at least, she comes across as a bit arrogant and uppity, nevermind her utterances about colonialism etc. She replied to Anele's criticism perfectly though. People should stop this BS "Black won't vote for White and vice versa" narrative. I couldn't give a flying **** about a person's color and I agree 100000% with Zille about judging someone on a personal level vs a collective.

Anele, unfortunately, wasn't wrong either - with people like MalcomZ that constantly fuel the racial narrative, people won't vote for Zille based on her skill, but based on her skin. I may not like Zille but she schooled Anele in the right way.
 
One small thing I have seen in the last 2 days though is a budding little narrative that Helen is somehow a Nazi.

Its literally the only narrative the cadres have when faced with good governance from a white person.

And general political misinformation/disinformation about ignoring poor people and "khayelitsha" and and and is all fair game.

The Nazi thing in relation to Helen though is more than just a little bit offsides in my opinion.

Black people must and will not vote for the nonsensical 20% DA and it's white dinosaur leaders who seek to maintain the status quo of apartheid. It won't happen.

Boo boo, I'm not the one fuelling the racial divide in South Africa, your forefathers envisioning apartheid and disenfranchising the black majority, then working with the ANC in the new South Africa to maintain those privileges handed to them via apartheid are.

But the legacy will be dismantled, you just wait and see. 🙂

And yet you are happy to be a part of the forefathers (of future generations) doing exactly the same thing to a white minority? Not a deep thinker are you?
