Well then go amend the constitution

27 - (1) - a --- "Everyone" has the right to access health care service's
There are no limitations to this , example saying only south africans, nor limitting it to only emergency services.
WHile 27 (3) says emergency services may not be refused , all that is saying is private services cannot refuse someone needing emergency care

I already told you things work, we the people voted for the government, and the government shall carry out the will of the people.

We are happy the government has moved from the denial phase and is starting to admit that there is a problem, now we move to solutions.

Which revolution are you referring to?

Why would you need to defend the French, Russian or American Revolution? After all, there was no revolution in South Africa.

Only reason it got "fast track" was the G20... because some of the roads in Jhb actually been tarred ...

Note the word "could"?
An understandable faux pas, the investment is in the bribes that are being paid to make sure of the correct outcomes. So to the cadres involved it feels like a major investment.
