Don't you just love it when they get a taste of their own medicine? the DA is the one that was moaning that police are killing too many suspects in KZN, now Cameron is being second guessed on how he acted under a threat to his life the same way the DA was second guessing police officers.
Indeed. Cameron was being very hard on brick throwers. He should have tried constructive dialogue with them first. I am aghast that he shot at them. He seemed to have no value for human life and upholding the law at all ?

How could you, Ian, how could you ?

The killing of criminal suspects is not a solution to escalating crime levels. This must be strongly discouraged while supporting responsible policing efforts. Value for human life and upholding the law are paramount. We should only celebrate the lawful arrest and prosecution of suspects, not their killing. This can only begin with a devolved, fully capacitated SAPS.

When someone is bricking Vincent's face he must be sure to stop and ask them what their exact intent is
Just ask for a quick pause so you can take an inventory of each side and then pick the correct items for a "proportionate response"

Yes, yes .... You guys are onto something here. They should set up a commission of inquiry whilst the brick throwing is taking place to get to the bottom of it all.

You should have Cameron as your profile picture? I thought you celebrated when people shoot at criminals?

If they pose a threat to you, which they did to Cameron and co., you should be able to defend yourself and not "think of the children".
**while being pelted with bricks, bleeding profusely and not sure if you're gonna get out alive**

Ian: "How old are you?"

Criminal [picking up another brick]: "16 !"

Ian: " dammat k k, cool, continue"

That's some real Trump-reasoning you're trying to pull out there.

Nah thanks, fam.

This is a special level of stupid even from you Champy.

I tried searching for what @TheChamp is talking about, i only came up with the DA calling for police to wear body cameras which doesn't seem unreasonable but i question the practicality for South Africa. Champ could you provide links please?

He's having a little frothy because people were (and still are) concerned about the KZN police being potentially extra-judicial and killing criminals in shoot outs a little bit too easily.

As long as it is within the law I dont care if you shoot 100 ciminals or even 200 . But it needs to be done within the law
Someone coming at me with a brick will get what he did. You cant say he isnt armed , he is , with a brick ....

Vaguely politically motivated, but wtf is with this obsession of trying to make the victim out to be the bad guy in this country.

I have no problem with what Cameron did, it's just a pity the lowlife is still breathing.

I am still happy with the guy who moered Dricus.
Why? Dricus is a proud South African. You can like who you want to, but why go to the lengths of changing your profile picture and directly showing your dislike. What are your reasons here?

Dricus will be American soon, under trump refugee visa. Will you still bat for him then ? He won't be South African if he gets American citizenship, remember.
