Proudly brought to you by the ANC.

I guess now they can ask Iran and Russia employ our locals...

Russia is possibly already doing so:

Russian companies are widening their campaign to find young African women to help fill a labour shortage, heightening concern many are being deployed in Moscow’s war effort in Ukraine.

Don't worry, eventually he'll rid his stokvel of their votes too.
The DA wouldn't be falling over themselves with a whole campaign in Gauteng dedicated towards ActionSA, have you noticed they have totally forgotten about the ANC in Tshwane?

They know the truth.

That the anc is done? Yeah they do seem to know the truth.

Employing locals, by establishing businesses locally, like what the evil west does, so they don't have to leave the country...

The Chinese do that:

The long-drawn trial of seven Chinese nationals charged with human trafficking and child labour was entering the final phases with the Gauteng Division of the High Court (Johannesburg) announcing that judgment in the matter is set for early next year.

Right now the department has said they are going all in on ECD, this is just a way to dodge accountability. They are abandoning the promise to introduce robotics and computer science across schools in South Africa. This is a backwards move when the world is in the middle of an Artificial Intelligence race.
This part by Mmusi pisses me off. Typical politician who cooms over tech buzzwords.

Shoehorning more robotics and CS into the curriculum, nywe nyweing about AI, while kids can't read for meaning (in English AND their home language) or do maths properly (two core skills for any kind of tech btw) isn't going to solve the education problem.

The same applies to the pass marks; bump everything up to 50% right now. That will only cause more dropouts, which will have a multi-faceted knock-on effect. Until the system itself is fixed or at least triaged somehow, bumping up pass marks will not help.

It is useless trying to bring robotics in while minimal students are doing pure maths and science. To study further in any tech field pure maths and science is required.

In this case mmusi has some valid points mixed in with crap points. Measuring by 30%™ is just telling you stupid the population is. Measuring by 50% is telling you how many have a chance of becoming contributers.

Sa education is a mess. Trying to bring high level subjects into a mess will never work

I assume that you meant this!
That is unfair, the population is not stupid, the education system sucks!

Looks as if we're intent on doubling down on doing our owners bidding regardless of the consequences to us
