You know, like what happens in a proper process to get candidates to show interest and apply for positions.

Maybe the type of person required to turn around something as dilapidated and so far gone as Joburg (thanks to the GLM) aren't exactly dime a dozen.

The ANC obviously feels differently which is why Dada is there, and why Joburg is the way it is in the first place. Just find a cadre in Joburg and that'll do. We won't even have to announce their name before the election...
 
Anele might not speak for black people, but so doesn't Helen Zille.
