SA Post Office Strike

They are getting more useless by the day. I was waiting for a parcel that should have arrived by last week from Loot. By yesterday morning I still haven't received any notification. So I decided to go to the Post office and enquire. They had the parcel since 18/01/2017 and didn't bother to send out a notification. Also had no explanation why they didn't do it.
 
My parcel just arrived, at a post office 53 Km away. :mad: I just know it will be easier to drive there than wait for them to re route it.
 
Ok so my parcel was stolen(repossessed) out of its packaging about two years ago, I have contacted the callcentre every month since the incident and every time I contact them they sent a email asking for progress, I am copied into them so I know it has been sent.

From all the mails that has been sent we received one back to state it will take as long as they take it to investigate.
This was about a year ago.

So is there any person I can contact to lay an official complaint or some one that can actually make a difference to get the above sorted out besides the call centre?
 
Received 4 ebay packages this week, ordered in middle December. Still waiting for 4 more.

I think the requirement to be employed by the post office is a very low IQ.

I received an email where they very proudly tell me that I can relax now the parcel has reached its destination... The UK.
Even though I have explained several times that the destination is South Africa

Useless idiots.
 
I received 2 of my parcels one from India and another from UK, but i still got a few parcels outstanding.
i got one parcel from Hong Kong outstanding for 75 days cant track it because it got a tracking number that cant be picked up by the post office
 
I must add it was an untracked item. I have another one with a tracking number thats been sitting at JIMC since the 17th and hasnt moved
 
UK store to local took 2 weeks from end 2016. So a week later to local PO. Finally I contacted seller who gave me the tracking number and I learn that it has been sitting here for 6 weeks. They have not sent out the notification, in the past tracking would have shown 2nd notification etc.
 
Following my previous post I emailed customer services and to my surprise a lady responded two days later with updated tracking details. Then today she emailed again to tell me that I can collect my parcel. There is still hope it seems...
