If these are retention and performance bonusses. How about doing away with it. Obviously they didn't perform. And who the **** cares if they stay or go (I assume that's what a retention bonus is for). If they're really loyal to the company and the people of South Africa they'll do away and live on their normal salary. Then when it's profitable... go ahead... bring back the bonusses

Its not about Africa failing. Its about getting the right people in the right positions.

Not that Supersport are perfect but one can sense the major gap in professionalism between Supersport and the SABC, not just because the one is pay tv but because its viewers demand quality.

E-news, not perfect, but an attempt to provide a better quality than SABC. More attention to detail, journalists who report in English that is understandable to English people.

I dont pay my TV license, why? because I dont watch their crappy channels, I pay for my DSTV and think that if etv doesnt get a cut out of the "tv license" then why should SABC? I'm sorry but I refuse to support state runned((into the ground)) propaganda. if they want to to make a profit then they must do as does E tv and advertise....and let the motherf#ckers try and take me to court and I will sue the living **** out of them.
And I think they just about prove that they cant run a profitable bussiness.
