If you look at the second screeny in his post, he is trying to get Sickbeard to send remote commands to Plex to notify on snatching, complete downloads, etc.. Also commands to initiate a scan when a download completes, although not necessary as SB is pretty quick anyway.

Oh yeah, Sickbeard talks to XBMC like that, absolutely. It's how mine is set up - notifies all machines and only updates the first as its a SQL library. Also only updates the path rather than initiate a library scan...

I have all notifications switched off completely and no issues with libraries being updated. Folder changes seem to be enough for them to kick off.
 
Ah okay. Mine seems to work the same way right now too on XBMC with a SQL library. Previously it required a library update - now I can simply copy something over and it updates in XBMC automatically without the folder watchdog addon required. Very cool...

I have some episodes on sickbeard that just don't download anymore. They are in the list and have the air dates and everything they just dont download.

Not sure if I messed up the folder structure etc because all my shows just download into the same folder.

Irritating when I have to manually download them all the time. I have tried the full/force update or whatever its called. Maybe I should remove and re add
 
I had to uninstall everything and reinstall it to fix a different problem now I can't click on or try open couchpotato without it giving me illegal operations :(

Check the logs. Should show you why it is failing to snatch.
 
Hi everyone.

I use NMA (notify my android) to send a notification to me once a movie is snatched and downloaded. It works a charm.

I also use it to notify me when my alarm is armed and disarmed - can keep track of the nanny. This is done via Control4 though.

Folder structure would not affect whether an episode is snatched or not, It would still download but the post processing would fail if the folders were messed up. Seems to me like you need more indexers, Sickbeard is failing to find them because either the indexer doesn't have the episode or the naming convention is messing with Sickbeard. Another option is to download a different quality profile and see if that helps.

Ok that did the trick. Connection successful.

I assume everything is done now.

The searches in SickBeard fails now.
