Haitian authorities did accuse him of crimes against humanity, but the fact that he's black is going to spare him from ever seeing a jail cell.
It was on BBC World too, I'm sure the full video will be released on the net at some stage though.

They did not film him dying. They filmed until they put the rope around his neck. It was shown on BBC and CNN already.
Well whether they filmed it all, is irrelevant. What they DID release to CNN/BBC was shown and it's only the part where they talk to him and then put the rope

Yeah was trying to find a link to that, just remember seeing it in one of the earlier reports this morning.
If CNN/BBC did not have access to a video of the guy dying then I don't know who has. They have shown picures of his body. I don't see the allure of seeing someone die anyway.
Having access to it and showing it are 2 very different matters e.g. they have access to execution videos but don't show them etc. Wouldn't want to see it anyway, just saying.
I think they would have gone after Saddam even if they had gotten Osama. Still inaccurate propaganda anyway.
