whitehouse.gov :D

What does it matter that it happened after the fact? He was still supporting terrorists.
I'm sure you've heard the adage: one persons terrorist equals...

... the millions of kilometers of film we'll never see; I wish they would show it (all) it would probably equal the end of war (and violence) but then we don't want that do we?

What film?

What film?
All the millions of kilometres of film taken in El Salvidor, or Bosnia, or Iraq. There are embedded reporters 'everywhere'. The most you will see is the occasional dead american GI (shocking that that is) but all the film is there how they ended up dead. For instance: the rwanda massacre: it's all there (in film) but we will never see it.

(not on public tv anyway.)

lots on the internet (but still not the equivalent of cnn)

(the american troops own videos is about as close as we get. But I've seen enough out there to know 'the real thing' exists that is not shown on public tv or anywhere else.)

Be interesting to see but embedded reporters are quite heavily censored by the military I think, even if they wanted to release it.

... for instance seen recently on tv: crew filming with an Iraqi sniper: show the shot but not the hit (though report is, it was a hit: this would be on film.) For instance: bosnia massacre of men: show them lead to and kicked etc but not the actual killing. El Salvador: limbs hacked off taking days to die. See some but not the full graphic details. The saddam video being a case in point. They protect our/your sensibilities (which is actually a promotion of war and killing.) People speak of the horror of war while Hollywood promotes it: maybe more of the real thing would lead to less.

True, I wouldn't personally want to see people being hacked to death but it should be available nonetheless.

None of us want to see these things but fact is: they happen all the time. We live in a carefully inured bubble: reality would soon put an end to war.

You think it really would? I think people would just choose to ignore them and never see them, as they do now.

People would have no choice. Instead of showing us the cut version they could as easily show the uncut. But they don't. Because the majority of viewers would switch off or get very educated very quickly. Show us saddams bowels emptying into the tray on death... that should do a lot to promote 'the death penalty.' Show us people taking a bullet in the head which would soon lead to a public outcry and a real will to solve problems instead of the hollywood candy coated reality we have right now.

Cheering about somebody's death stinks.

So killing a rat also stinks and killing insects make you quiver. I hail and cheer the death of any scum on earth that have no pity or remorse for the human deaths he caused and man he's slain himself! Wish I was there to laugh in his face as life faded and death came onto him. I would have spat in his face at the same time! They should restore the death penalty in South Africa with the difference of allowing public executions. I will be there to help doing so.

I don't see anyone condoning Saddam's actions - just trying not to join him at his level - something that you seem to be taking morbid and explicit pleasure in doing. The hate and bile spewing from you is repulsive and probably no different what I imagine Saddam must have been at his worst.

You're wonderful, to judge so quick and to know exactly what is going on in someones mind based on a post or two. Criminals should be treated like criminals and murderers killed by the same violent way they controlled and terrorized the innocent or weak. Human rights for criminals is a farce and Point is its due to fools thinking like you that this world is an uncontrollable mess.

Which part of usa government henchman don't you understand? Which part of usa condoning saddams actions don't you understand? Which part of 600 000+ dead civilians don't you understand? Which part of "rendition" don't you understand? Which part of torture and killing don't you understand. Oh but just as long as its you doing it all is fine.

Your hate is what makes the world the place it is. Your stupidity makes the world what it is. Your self-righteousness with no acknowledgement of history or reality makes the world what it is.

Masked henchman? How are these any different to Saddams minions? But you approve. What does this say of you?

Get some help NewsFlash - you certainly need it.
