My latency is lower than my Telkom and Mweb accounts on local servers. Don't play anything on international servers so I can't say anything about that

It's wonderful for everything else that I do, so hopefully they can resolve the issue and they will have a wonderful dsl service...

Speed is fine but quality of connection is terrible. Talking to my parents in USA on Skype we can't understand each other. I switched to my Afrihost account and immediately it sounded like they were standing next to me. Skype is very important to me and a lot of my friends who have family in the rest of the world, so if they can't fix this I won't be able to recommend SAINET as an ISP.

Apart from the friend i mentioned in this post another customer i know was also through Sainet and he has since cancelled his account due to poor service and terrible latencey

The service itself seems amazing, staff are UBER friendly and helpful, but yeah, latencies like that are just tooo darn high!!!!
