SAIX international problems (packet loss)

Anyone else experiencing major packet loss on SAIX's international backbone? Started about an hour or 2 ago and now I can barely load anything outside of South Africa.

No problems locally on IS (as in, it doesn't seem to be a line specific problem):

Same thing here

We have also been having problems with telkom.

Extremely slow internet and next to no international bandwidth!
 
Very slow international internet here, Cape Town CBD.

GF Also reported slow internet in Milnerton Cape Town
 
Jhb as well, most sites are having problems loading.

I also just started a download, it can't keep a constant speed, the speed just keeps going up and down the whole time.

*Sigh* At this rate it will take me 4 days to download 1.25Gb
 
Same here in Parklands Table View. Thank goodness this site is working otherwise we would be completly without some information. Telkom an hour ago did a reset on their side and when I mentioned downtime with international sites and slow internet they said you are the only subscriber with this problem. Judging by the above locations, it seems to be in this region only !
 
I had the same issue with them yesterday, i phoned them and they we stuck on "Its not a problem with telkom".
 
Same here, Nelspruit, Hazyview etc. I just had a painful logmein experience :)
 
My clients are also experiencing problems in:

-Menlyn, Pretoria
-Randburg, JHB
-Bellville, CPT
-Stellenbosch, CPT
-Boksburg, JHB

However, touch wood, it seems Ok in Rivonia...
 
Same in Swellendam, WC ... just connected after being out all a.m., and very slow. Local sites affected as well
 
Been having problems since yesterday. Today is even worse. Getting almost zero international access. Port Elizabeth :mad:
 
Same in JHB, Kroonstad and welkom.... SAIX

IS working fine but abit slower then usual
