SAIX international problems (packet loss)

I'm still experiencing some packet loss and just spent 30 mins with fault reports opening a new one as they cleared the original from last Thursday.

In my case I can ping across my VPNs (all Telkom accounts) with 0% packet loss, even bbc.co.uk is fine but telkom.co.za and other SA sites suffer packet loss at low levels.
 
Seems I have the fortune to have a fscked up exchange, on top of it all!
 
Download speed has gone to hell.

Downloading drivers from Lexmark.com and I am only getting about 8.79 kbps...

Edit: Its picked up a bit to 31 kbps but it is still a far cry from what it usually is...

My speeds are going fine here on my torrent which is 50 kB/s with a low seeded torrent
