Samsung 2232GW

I have had this monitor for almost 2 weeks now and its one of the best buys I have had. Paid 2,800 for it - same as you did :)

The refresh rate thing? no idea what you are talking about :P game looks the same to me in 60 than it does in 75+

The only bad things I have to say about this monitor is that it was kuk hard to get the stand in place, and that it doesnt tilt down far enough for me :P but other than that, greatest monitor ever. So BRIGHT!
 
ancient omfs i thought i was going to put my fist through it

then my g/f walked in and said baby calm down

i think if she had not walked in my new monitor would be scrap

putting that stand was so hard to do it took 2 ppl and at times i thought it was going to crack from amount of pressure needed :)
 
Guys, what is the distance of the screen (viewable area) from the bottom left corner to the top right corner? My 19" wide is 48cm, just wanting to compare.

My wife had to do exactly the same thing! I was at breaking point I tell you.

It looks like its in now and it hasnt fallen off the stand so it should be fine.

Okay. Maybe I'm not getting something here.

I just want to compare my 19" wide to the Samsung 22" wide screens.

From bottom left to top right, mine is 48cm-ish.

A 19" monitor will be 19" (48.26cm), measured diagonally. A 22" monitor will be 22" (55.88cm) measured diagonally.

That measurement is what defines the size of the screen.
