Samsung Galaxy Note 3

I'll rather wait for something that everyone is using. Don't want to end up tripping Knox then voiding the warranty because of that.

I actually love the background images on Samsung Hub. Anyone know where I can get it?

Hi, since doing the latest update. I cant connect to vodacom. It keeps telling me no service. I have the N9005 version. And my sim is not LTE at all. I just cant seem to connect. Help pls

Maybe you should try these:
1. Put the sim card on another device?
2. Put another sim card on the note 3?

This just makes sure your sim card isn't faulty, and your note3's sim reader isn't faulty.

You can also dial *#0011# and see if you see HSPA/EDGE/3G or Service Unavailable.

i went into settings and changed network settings from LTE to 3G and all seems to be working perfect again

My Note 3 N9005 seems to have a big software update, 217.69 MB .

Any idea what this is? Popped up after saying check updates in settings, about

Kit-kat perhaps ? I already am running 4.3

Unfortunately not KitKat, just some stability improvements
 
What is exactly updated? I also got the update today on Vodacom but im still on 4.3 after successful installation

Probably just before (or after) the next tiny update to Android is released.

Just got Kitkat on my Nexus 7 a few days ago, no way Samung would release an update yet, much, much less Vodacom
 
I noticed in my Ram option/specs that it uses less system memory. With no apps "active", it runs on 1GB, after clearing my memory it drops to 837MB. So my deduction is that the update cleaned up some crap and makes the OS lighter.

After all, the jellybean update and Kitkat update was meant to slim the OS down.

Cant wait for a decent way to root this phone.
