That's not the point. I have Uncapped. Some people only get 1GB per month. Then 500MB is a lot.

Oh dear. A two year contract on such a small data bundle does not bode well.

Just watching one YouTube video with "high quality on mobile" option checked on a full HD display, will kill your data bundle.

And content will just consume more & more data every year.

I don't recall saying anything that can make you think that.

Well, you said most people only need 500MB of data, but how can that hold true in 2014, if more cool apps gets released, which require higher data usage?

I said 1GB of data. And I said "some people".

I can see you are bored again. Oh dear.

Haha....I'm never bored! Just find it an interesting conversation.

To get back to the apps, Google Now can be an incredibly useful feature for business people, or "some people", but it lives on data. Same with other apps like Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps, etc. if Google builds more features into the apps, it might have to sync more & consume more data.

That's most likely to happen in 2014, so your smartphone better be ready for it. ;)

Then start a new topic.

Ok, sounds like a good idea. :)

An uncapped phone contract might be the way to go for Note 3 owners, who will only be using their phones more & more in 2014. :)

Does your contract throttle your data?

I have the Smart S package, which comes with 200 megs of data. My office has a 10 meg uncapped line and I've got a 4 meg uncapped line at home. If I'm out and about, I don't consume content. I will read my book using Moon+ Reader.

The only problem you might run into, is if you get home and the router might be off.

Happened to me one day and I almost hit the OOB rates. :(

How do I connect my Note 3 to my TV to watch the movies that is stored on my phone? Which cables/adapters do I need?

What happens if you plug your phone via standard data cable into a USB port in you DVD/Bluray Player... Would that not also work?

might be picked up as removable storage
not sure if it will work though

If you want to watch videos from the samsung hub you will need the mhl adapter
