Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Receiver Pros :
- 0.5mm make this one of the thinnest receivers out there
- Built in NFC
- Reasonable price, seller kept me informed, speedy delivery

Cons :
- NFC chip at the top of the receiver makes a slight bulge below the camera, not enough to bother me though someone in this thread will have a hissy fit (TJ99) :D
- May not work with all cases

That looks awesome. Also found another one on amazon but without NFC.
What does it look ike with the phone on charge, can you possibly post a pic??
 
Howzit, I took the plunge and ditched apple, got my note 3 on Thursday and I have one minor concern and one major concern regarding the device: Why when taking it off 5min off a full charge does it go to 98% battery level, who am I the only one? Secondly my bluetooth doesn't seem to work with my car, s voice doesn't play via the speakers and neither do incoming or outgoing calls, it does however work perfectly with my old iPhone. Has anyone else experienced these issues? That being said I think this is an amazing device and i am definitely in need of a case, I'm eyeing the slim armour with the flip cover I've seen you guys mention a few times! Anyway, thanks in advance.

Got a similar problem with the blue tooth in my car. It's old though. All phones worked up until my Note 3.
I put it down to my old Parrot finally needs a replacement.

Not too phased anyway. Hate talking on the phone.

I'm guessing the bluetooth device could be outdated, I've grown accustomed to using my bluetooth for calls, been googling for a fix, but nothing yet! Thanks for the reply, appreciate it!
 
I've been trying to use the gift card to purchase apps from the Samsung App store on my Note 3 and it gives me the error "You cannot use vouchers or gift cards with the selected payment methods". How do I go about using the gift card?

IIRC you have to add your credit card details then when you try make a payment you will get the gift card option to work.

Don't need to spend any money with your CC

Yeah i am pretty sure they do!

I also noticed that after the last update from Vodacom, I am able to access the Movies on Samsung Hub

Just got my 5 movies VIP Voucher


Edit: Previously Vodacom devices were locked out of using the Movie Store, some region error appeared.

So if you on Vodacom, update your phone, update Samsung Hub and enjoy VIP membership in the Movie Store!

log in on Fri/Sat/Sun to recieve free "weekend movie" vouchers
allows 3 rentals per voucher from the weekend movie category

NFC wasn't an issue for me, the reason I went with this one was it promised to be the thinnest receiver around which it is but doesn't account for the NFC chip which causes the bulge.

That looks cool. And what about the actual charger? The base. How big is it compared to phone? Does the phone 'teeter' on the dock? If you know what I mean

I ordered 2 of them, the cheaper Chinese one has similar dimensions as the GN3 so your phone will fit squarely on the front of the pad. Alignment must be perfect however.

The second is much smaller but has a larger coil so placement wont be much an issue, your phone will teeter though the textured surface usually provides enough traction to keep your device secured.

Has anyone ever seen a cover like mine before, with lte logo, I haven't so was just curious.
