Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Has anyone managed to get the free 50gigs of space from Dropbox? I just logged into the dropbox app on my Note 3 and when I look at my account it still says 2.5gigs. I read somewhere that I need to do a 5 step thing but can't find any info on that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

edit: could it be that on first boot when the dropbox popped up I didn't originally log in? Is there a way around this or do I have to factory restore?

Thanks but already read through that. Dropbox was preloaded on my Note 3 and on initial startup the Dropbox login appeared but I ignored it at start thinking I could always login later. Or are you saying the promotion is only running on AT&T?

If you go to the Getting Started Guide you'll see that the steps has to be completed from your computer.

Ahhh that makes sense. So basically I can download all the files from my dropbox account, delete the old one and then sign up for a new one from my phone and should then give me the extra 48gigs? Have you personally done this yet?
 
Weird, I also skipped the initial Dropbox sign-in, and when I signed in later I received my 50GB upgrade.

My account wasn't new either.

Yeah not sure what is going on? When I sign in, it shows me all my files on my device but then it settings shows I only have 2.5gigs.

Yes that should work. I haven't personally tried it since my 50gb hasn't expired yet.

Thought I'd wait for it to expire then create a new account.

I don't think so... There was even a screen thanking me for buying a Samsung device and saying "Here's an extra 50GB for a year" or something like that.

I think that's why you got the extra 48gb. I read online somewhere that the extra space is only for those who haven't got it previously.
 
So I just deleted my old account and setup a new account on my Note 3 and then did the Get Started steps on my Mac. I completed 6 of the 7 (only need to do 5) and still nothing. Even when I look in my Account - Bonuses it says nothing about the Samsung bonus ect so not sure what my next step should be?

But did you get 48GB previously with an S3 or something?
