Use the ADH premuim, register and have an oopsie. Alternatively go to Samsung and tell them about the wifi.

Was this wifi issue a problem out of the box or did it develop over a period of time?
If so, after how long?
I wouldn't want to "waste" one ADH swopout on something like this. Seems like a manufacturing defect if it gets fixed with a repair. ..
But this is making me reconsider now. ..
I'm running Windows 8 64bit on a Samsung laptop and Kies 3 doesn't work. It sits there with a "Connecting..." status and the spinning icon. When I change the connection from MTP to PTP, it complains that it needs to be on MTP, yet when I change it back, it won't connect.
For the GALAXY gear owners i see another new update( 16.47 mb) available in Samsung store "Samsung gear manager v1.4.102802 dated 1 november ..(previous update was also v1.4.something ? )do not know what changed .
For those whose interested ..
Anyone else tried the new Hangouts with SMS yet?
Thanks for the info. In fact it just updated yesterday. I see nothing different with latest update. Not even new apps :-(
hi rishaada ,
i am sorry to read about your misfortune ,bad luck .I guess this happens !
Howerever i do think your one comment "Seems as though people around the world are being plagued by various issues with this device..etc ..etc " is misplaced and wrong .I understand you are disappointed ,but i do also read and belong to other international forums and my observation/read, is that only a small percentage ? has really such misfortune.?
Overall i have seen plenty of comments and most of them are positive, regarding the Note 3 !!
I have a note 2 ,note 8.0 and note 3 and i am happy with the quality of my phones !
Anycase good luck .I think your fight is with Cell C !!
Disagree. There is a large percentage of note 3 owners world wide with issues.

Some stats please? Every new device (or even old ones) have their share of defective units. Just scouring the internet for people complaining about them will result in the worst case of selection bias the world has ever known. Believe me, plenty of people were complaining about the Galaxy S4 as well.
That's why we have warranties and replacements, the manufacturer knows a certain percentage of units made WILL be duds.
