SwiftKey definitely. I would also liked the numeric keys on the top of the keyboard.

I know Swipe can do that, but I haven't seen it on SwiftKey which is my default keyboard.

On the Note 3, you just let your stylus hover at the top left of the SwiftKey keyboard, and you will see it change the icon. Then you can select handwriting keyboard.

Oh that, yes I have been using it but it's a Note 3 feature. Works with any keyboard.

Oh Ok... I've been using it like that..... When you said "automatically" I thought there was a way to bypass those initial steps.

That's probably because the ROM on your Note 2 doesn't have this feature...
the 't' in your custom font... :erm:

I bought myself a nice Capdase cover yesterday. Black and blue.

I'm very careful with my device, but accidents still happen. Yesterday I noticed a nasty scratch on the screen of my phone, it would have been permanent if I didn't have a screen protector on.
In the end it's up to you, but I would recommend having one on.

Don't you have any problems with screen response? Even when using the s-pen?

I have no issues at all. Coming from the Note 2 I immediately noticed that the responsiveness of the screen on the Note 3 were not as good as that of the Note 2, it stayed the same after applying the screen protector.
Edit: You can also tick the "Increase touch sensitivity" under Settings - Controls.

Screen protector marks a lot easier than the screen.
Getting a mark on a screen protector != getting a mark on the screen had the protector not been there.
I have never used screen protectors on any of my galaxies. They have gorilla glass for a reason.
Each to their own though.

There's no harm in being extra carefull, I'm sure you lock the doors of your car whenever you leave it at a shop even if it's insured...
