It shouldn't be a problem. If you are doing that through Odin I'm not sure. You cannot downgrade Modem and Bootloader.
 
How can I do it if not through Odin?

What will happen if it doesn't work?

I'm using the Poland ROM, and happy with it.

We can't be too far from 5.0.1 if it is already available for the S4. So it might be worth a wait.
 
Anyone on here willing to sell?? Looking for someone that's prepared to tell me their price by tomorrow morning :). Got someone to get back to re another phone...
 
Anyone have an idea on how to remove the Vodacom splash screen on boot from the Note 3 N9005? Is there a specific countries firmeare that one must flash?

I have used the Uk BT Roms in the past on, signifier is BTU, download on sammobile.
Zero network bloat , no network boot logos/sounds/wallpapers/apps.

Anyone ever had an issue with their Note 3 always dropping the network completely every few minutes/or every hour or so?

It'll show this logo:

Meaning_of_status_icons_and_notification_icons_in_Samsung_Galaxy_S6_1_no_signal_no_mobile_networ.jpg

And then connect and act like normal, hasn't dropped signal on a call before, proabbly wouldn't have noticed it for quite a while but I was checking Llama cell beacon logs and noticed "No signal/unknown" errors.

Would switching off LTE perhaps help, don't think there's any LTE towers in my area.

Any one using Llama on Note 3 with 4.42?

Just occured to me it may be Llama not reporting cells properly, it hasn't been updated for quite a while.
 
Seems from doing some digging the network signal fluctuations is a common issue with the Note 3, it will have normal signal then go to no network then straight back up to normal signal, sometimes a few times each hour or be stable for a few hours. Tried different simcards/service providers, all act the same.
 
Anyone getting errors / warnings about Google Play Services? Been happening for about a week and a bit now and its annoying as hell. Sometimes the app just stops, other times it just errors out and continues on...odd

Also started getting that out of the blue 2 days ago. It stopped now. But I'm on a custom rom so weird sh*t is par for the course.

Which ROM are you on? Am on temasek CM12.1 (since last night) and it's not as bad as before.
 
What are peoples experiences with Note 3's running stock but with tripped knox and getting warranty service?

Phone has network issues, so they will be able to see knox is tripped if they check, it's not like say a ADH claim where phone is physically damaged and they perhaps can't check the knox before repairing the handset.
 
I am thinking of flashing Lollipop on my N900.
Is there anything I should consider beforehand?
Running 4.4.2 on Cell C network.
