data hungry? data hungry how?

Safari does not have the Data Compression tech that Chrome has in Android, so it can guzzle more data when web browsing.

@RochaZA

Why not just install an Ad Blocker, that can help reduce data consumption.

Smartphone apps these says are ludicrously sized. The FNB App was around 50mb to install if I remember correctly on Android, not sure how big in iOS , but my iPads app updates do take a huge chunk, I update both my Note and iPad at work these days, not a chance I'm using my own data :p

Samsung showing they still don't get the western mindset. How can they not understand that issuing takedowns for Note 7 joke videos isn't going to do them any good?

Samsung 'blocks' exploding Note 7 parody videos

Samsung appears to have filed copyright claims against YouTube videos mocking its recalled Galaxy Note 7 handset.

Many gamers have showcased a modification to video game Grand Theft Auto V, in which sticky bombs were switched with exploding Samsung phones.

But some have reported that their videos have been blocked on YouTube following a copyright complaint.

Samsung has not yet responded to repeated BBC requests for comment.

Critics have warned that trying to remove gamers' videos will only draw more attention to them.

The apple thing definitely does not have an s-pen and...
Also no wireless charging, fast or standard. It also can't adaptive fast charge.
Having said this, Fruit is great for people who don't want anything too adventurous, of which there are many.
Sad to see the Note 7 has finally gone. Hopefully there will be something better in a while, as although the S7 Edge is a superb phone, I really miss the s pen.

I honestly believe if the Note 7 didn't start blowing up, the Pixel would be dead in the water.

I am also waiting for the Mate 9 announcement next week. If some of the rumours are correct it might just be one of the best of the year.
