Then I will wait for note 8.

Cant be without a Note and I still use my Note 3 every day.

Hope Samsung dont can it permanently.

Somebody should start a petition. I will support it.

I asked lg on twitter a few weeks ago and they said we are getting the v20.... Suppose remains to be seen
Yeah they said November. I'm just not feeling the v20. There's something about it. For me I'm thinking s7 edge or iPhone 7 plus at the moment.

People forget about the g4 bootloop issue..... All the g4 worldwide seem to have that issue. Yet Samsung have done the decent honourable thing.

I believe the G4 and V10 had this, could be due to the Snapdragon 808 they share. The LG G5 and V20 use Snapdragon 820, and from what I have heard, they don't have any issues with boot loops.

House cleansing ceremony circa 2016 in the new millennial style, the sacred smoke was released and then spread through the house to exorcise demons, thanks for the video.

Think problem was only the G4 that had the problem, was fine on the V10 as they had different boards than the G4.

There are reports and even an open letter to LG at XDA and AndroidCentral, with regards to Boot Loop on the V10.

Weird as I checked with LG before buying mine and got email from them stating the V10 is fine as it used different mobo.

For those looking for a big phone, Huawei Mate 9 is being announced beginning of November. Could be a good phone, apparently the Mate 8 wasn't bad.

I will wait and see how that one is, otherwise will wait a year for Note 8 (except it might be called something else from next year on. The Note name has been tarnished, but they will not drop the S-Pen, too big a part of their Galaxy line) I might just wait for next year, they will probably pull out all the stops to make up for this.

Samsung has just phoned me and offered me a S7 Edge, with a gear VR and a Tab E3 as a replacement for my Note 7 as it is now discontinued. I told them I'm already in the process of cancelling my contract as I do not think an S7 is a worthy replacement for my Note. So unfortunately the best android device has been officially laid to rest in SA too.

Sounds like a good deal to me. But what are you going to replace it with?
