How is the battery life on the S10e units holding up? Everyone satisfied? Seems to be very polarising results over at xda. S10e/S10+/P30 Pro are the ones i'm looking at.

I have the s10plus, battery life is awesome. I personally get 8 to 9 hrs sot. Yesterday i had my phone off charge for 1d1h before having to charge. Very happy with battery on this device

Thats great! Do you think the s10e could achieve the same? I can't decide if the larger phone is worth the extra money.

Definitely not, battery capacities are different for starters

S10 type c port stopped working. Had to do some cleaning with a needle. The amount of fabric fluff in there wow. Just like the S8 if you have in your pocket it will build up fabric fluff in the port and you would need to use a needle to clean the port out.

Usb-c sucks. I've been struggling with my port on the S8 for months now. I've tried to clean it etc. It's just glichy as hell.

But the S10e also has a smaller and lower res screen.

Anyway, it will depend on usage, but I get more than a day out of my S10e. I can probably stretch it to 2 days with my typical usage. I haven't checked sot on a single charge yet.

Guys I have a new phone however its got a Dubai firmware unfortunately and I cannot use Samsung pay correctly now.
I need to flash with an SA firmware but every site require payment other wise half way though it bombs out.
Any ideas or places to download it at a reasonable speed without paying?

The csc have all been bundled together. Even vodacom is now under oxm. I used a uk sim and tried to get my csc to change to and it goes back to xfv... I cant even change it to xfe like i could with the s8 etc. So unfortunately i highly doubt you will get samsung pay on the device.

Yes it does use battery
Always loved nova... Love to customize my phone

As tempting as it is, never buy an import Samsung if you want Samsung Pay to work!!!
