Ohh lovely Vodacpm automatically enabled VoLTE last night and now my battery drain is back.

7am to 12pm with maybe 30min screentime 40% battery left....

Useless network!

Use mobile data during calls looks like a new addition.

Always had an issue when on a voice call and trying to use Google maps etc

saves on battery (less brightness on screen.. uses less power)
Also easier on the eyes if it's late night.
Conserves battery for when you do want to play a game that is nice and bright or watch a movie or youtube clip.

I believe the S20 ultra has different refresh rates too for FHD @ 120hz.

Resolution will play a factor in the battery life but won't be that much. Maybe a 10% or so. As most of your apps are specific resolution. It just gets stretched a bit. If the game is true WQHD+ or QHD then it chows more power.

Don't really see the need for the upgrade to the S20 ultra these smart phones just seem a waste of money?

I bought my S10+ from Incredible Connection, got the phone earlier this month. Have there been any further software updates released for the S10+?
Mine is on the 1 Feb 2020 security patch/One UI 2.0 and doesn't find any newer updates/software to install. Using a Telkom SIM, although the phone came with an MTN SIM included.
