iPhone 4 Pros

Intuitive UI > I moved from a Iphone and Touchwiz is very easy as well maybe 10%-20% more complicated.
Responsive and accurate UI > I think this applies only to old androids mine is responsive and accurate

Well if you want the UI you can get it for free on Android over here

As seen on my Old Desire:

Yeah I have been wanting to get SPD shell since I got my droid but the price tag is on the more expensive side, I will first wait for the ICS ROMS to start popping up considering the source was released today {I think} once Cyaogen 9 is out will then maybe comsider getting SPD Shell, must say it does look awesome.

Well if you dont feel like paying there is plenty of others that's free for example

Regina 3D

or Go Launcher, LauncherPro and ADW Launcher, or the Windows Phone 7 clone called Launcher 7 Seen Here, just to name a few.

Most of them have there own themes and add-on packs as well.

Yeah don't worry I've been through my fair share of launchers, anyone who pays that for such superficial oo-aa's which people would quickly raise an eyebrow at when they find out you paid over R100 for it.

Oi, I paid for SPB Shell 3D, and to be honest think it was worth it. Its very stable compared to the others I have played with and a hell of a lot smoother than most.

I honestly don't understand how anyone can argue for the iphone.

When it breaks or something goes wrong with it, you're just in a world of pain.

Why pay so much for something that has absolutely NO proper support in South Africa?

What do you mean? Assuming you're talking about grey imports?

No, iphones bought in South Africa.

The final insult is Apple's policy to give you a refurbished iphone if yours is kaput, even if it wasn't your own doing.

Why pay so much money for a phone only to possibly experience app errors or inconsistent performance?

I think the answer lies in the bolded, underlined part :) and while IOS and Win 7.5 users will deny it the possibility also exists for them, albiet to be fair to a slightly smaller degree. The possibility of one or two problems is worth the freedom of choce android allows not only in custom roms exct but in phone manufacturer {which in fairness microsoft does also have}, keybord or none, different specs exct.

All the apps I had on my iPhone, I've got on my Galaxy S2 as well. And News24 and MyBroadband haven't crashed on my Galaxy S2, but numerous times on my iPhone....

Whereas Android has so many cool and useful apps, the Appstore is riddled with useless and crappy apps. And the good ones are never available in South Africa in any case.

*Does the AppStore still have the fart app? :p

Oi, go easy on the man, he only has what, 3 applications in the Windows Phone market ;)

Not to mention Android has access to multiple markets all fighting for our attention, some like Getjar and amazon giving away applications for free.

Wow, that's a lot of zeroes.

Rabid teenage fanboi nonsense, au contraire to the opinion held by the rest of the world.
