Real improved, tried it for a while now. Also forgot to mention you must restart your phone after unticking it.

I think with titanium you can choose what you want to restore, with cwm it kinda just restores the entire image as it was, if I'm not mistaken.
 
ok, finally upgraded to 2.3.5 via CheckROM v5 and BlackChrome v5 (had a bootloop when I installed the theme, apparently you need to install it on stock CheckROM...)
So far so good, very responsive I must say, now to test out the battery for a couple of days...

Running the same as you. I installed the BlackChrome v5 them after flashing CheckROM v5 and had no issues - except is is DOG ugly :) So reverted back to stock look. They are rolling out themes pretty quick so just waiting patiently.
Just as well that they cater for all our differing tastes :)

I have always jumped between Leomar and CheckROM and now they are merging. Awesomeness!!

well, to be honest, I love the Black Chrome theme, loved it from the very first version, was 1 of the few that downloaded a "pulled out of xda due to copyright" version ;)

And yeh, saw that news about the 2 merging, that is Legen-

Im not jacked up enough or bothered enough for rooting n romming and all that. Just like to have the latest official stuff running
 
Anybody know where i can get some protection for my SII? A case and screen protector.
 
Howzit guys,

Has anyone used any case for their Samsung Galaxy S 2, and what is the experience? I am thinking of getting Otterbox or Case Mate POP here: http://www.expansys.co.za/otterbox-samung-galaxy-s-ii-commuter-case-black-219658/ and http://www.expansys.co.za/case-mate-samsung-galaxy-s-ii-pop-case-with-stand-white-grey-220990/. My Sammy is a week old. It looks like Otterbox is tougher than the case mate which has the tendency to wear off in a matter of weeks. Any personal experience, as I have never used a case for my phone.
