No issues with wifi. But if I turn wifi off my mobile network doesn't kick in

I do have it set to automatically switch

Had this issue with previous S21. Try reseating your sim card again, make sure it is securely in place while you slide the sim card tray in.

If you have an eligible phone to trade-in you can get R10k back. I bought a couple of them at R11500 each after trading in eligible phones.
