That's what's happening on phones. Our Ultra's have Victus or something glass. The stronger they make the screens, the more susceptible to micro scratches. Terrible trade off.

Yeah same issue with spectacles, the tougher they are, the easier they scracth. I have ordered a screen protector hopefully hides the scratch, wife say's I'm nuts, but it's like I can see the micro scratches at certain angles and now my eye hunts for them.
 
Hello guys how long does samsung take to pay nowadays is it still 2 weeks and few days or they have shortened it ?

About a month or so, the process to get the email with the payment date is shorter. Actual payment still takes very long to be done.

Got a pretty awesome black friday deal on the S23 FE. Battery life is definitely an issue other no issues to report. If you a longtime Samsung user you will fit in seemingly

I'm on 7 working days waiting for a replay from them to start the process, they're a bit useless.

Bought a Z Flip and wanted the trade in... Returning the phone this weekend. Last week I tried to register for the trade in and got invalid IMEI error, called Samsung, then Regener8 and they said they'd have an answer within 2 to 5 working days but here we are.

Thought if maybe getting the S23 FE and doing the instore trade in rather.

Mine was quick got paydate on the 20th of Dec
 
Ok going to try the official Samsung screen protector now, cause bloody hell this S23 ultra screen really does get micro scratches easily, just normal pocket use and there are little scratches. My old P30 pro never had this issue over 4 years.
 
Is there a way to get 10/15k on the S23 (base)? Or is the promotion over?
