Hi


I got my s3 today. Great phone so far coming from Nokia. I have one little irritation. trying to set-up my mailbox need to use underscore character and can't find one on Samsung keyboard. Anybody seen one somewhere?

OK Im busy playing back 1080p .mkv videos from my Western Digital Live Hub wirelessly on my S3 with the default media player. Officially impressed.

If the Hub supports DLNA it should stream it directly from the phone too.

Your first mistake is using Samsung's keyboard. Try swift key 3, or Swype. Otherwise just take my underscore, here _

Edit: There are 3 symbol pages on the Samsung keyboard.

After searching for the best price, no one could beat Vodacom's R6999.

A friend has had the S3 for 2 weeks now, and not that she's the best at keeping any phone, but the sliver plastic strip has started revealing black underneath and the back battery cover cracked while trying to remove it.

I almost cried when I saw it :(...

Not a very well made phone for its price bracket.

I just couldn't resist. I needed to see what the fuzz is all about. Got my S3 yesterday. I really thought the size will be a issue but not at all. The 4.8" screen is awesome.

So far so good.

I just hope my iPhone doesn't feel bad about this. lol

Anyone rooted yet?

Anybody buy a screen protector for the phone yet?

Looking for something in a matt finish - i have a HTC desire, the grease/oil marks are something that really irritate me a lot. Always having to polish the screen eish.

Anyone know how to get the application monitor widget? Had it on s2, but cant find on s3?

Try e bay. I got six sreen protectors from e bay for R24.00 and it got to me within two weeks, from China nogal. Plus i dont even live in an urban area.

+1 on the silver plastic strip thing! ...and that's after looking after my phone rather well.
