Anyone have the s7 edge in coral blue. Opinions pls

I was looking at pics. Looks nice, albeit a bit masculine. It also looks like the same shade as my house. Yes, my house is painted light blue (not metallic as I'm not that rich). No, I am not ever getting a blue Samsung phone to match. :p

I can't do anything other than Black in terms of phones. Although I did have a Green Nokia N8 for review that I really liked.

Had a white Galaxy S2 and White S3, but I would eventually look at the Black counterparts with envy overtime. Decided to go back to Black after the S3.

I'd love a Black Pearl S7 Edge, wish that was out when I got my S7E

Lately battery drain has been high. Android os at 10%, Android system also 10% and device idle 6%. How do I find out or stop the drain? It's on 14% now with just over 11h of use on moderate power saver

Ouch. The screen cost is why I have insurance. I have more chance of dropping it than someone snatching it.
Your best bet is ordering the digitizer & LCD from eBay and doing it yourself with YouTube tutorials.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look it up.

Have a strong feeling I'll just end up chucking it into a drawer for use as a router instead though. The money would be better spent on the LG G6 (or S8) that are just around the corner (Though I'm somewhat loathe to give Samsung any money after this nonsense, the truth is lying service reps don't make the device, the Edge served me well and largely continues to do so)

Still worth fixing your S7E and selling it while the prices are still high.

Ditto!

I must say, the S7 Edge has really had me missing the stylus a lot, so many times where e.g. copying a line of text, numbers or taking a screenshot of a section of a page is harder without the stylus.

Something else that I miss is an IR Blaster, a feature I knew I would miss when leaving the Note 4, but I did not realise I'd miss it this much.
Agreed. Miss the IR blaster.

My contract works out that I upgrade on the uneven Galaxy S's. So next one for me is S9.
Same here. Or I fix my edge and buy the S8, but let's see. I don't think I will enjoy the rounded corners of the screen (by the leaks )

I've always liked HTC phones. Switched to Samsung after they abandoned expandable storage. I was thinking of getting the HTC U Ultra, but unfortunately reviews of the phone are not that good so far.

I guess I'll just switch back to the Note series next year.
