Yeah seems like he has another version phone. Worth a check though. Delete caches and restart phone then check. I know I had to do this when it was showing up on another person's phone and not mine.

So if my phone is from Vodacom but I use a Telkom sim, does my update come from Vodacom or Telkom?

My S8,had board damage and battery wasn’t holding hopefully Samsung updates to Oreo for me

Thinking of getting the S8+ soon and wondering what cases you guys use. I'm looking for a case that strikes a good balance between protection and a thin design.
Hi guys, I am having a problem with my S8, it keeps telling me that there is moisture detected in my usb port and I cannot charge my phone normally. This started 5 days ago and it still does not go away. I know the port is dry, and I have tried everything. sometimes it charges normally when I insert the cable right when the phone starts up but only when the cable is plugged into either a computer or a power bank. Anyone else having this issue and I would appreciate any suggestions.
Are you in a humid place? Trying clearing all app caches and the usb port cache and restart.
