Only thing I can think of is the cable. I was not using the original Samsung charger initially in the wireless charger.

Plugged in the adaptive fast charger that came with the phone into the the wireless charger.

Did any of yours that have been delivered show verification only in rewards app. Cause it should show courier processing as far as i know

Switched to my samsung charger and cable. Now shows the option after a while
