This is more a feedback post for those interested in this printer under linux. Its a laser printer currently on special at Game for R600.
I installed it last night using the "UnifiedLinuxDriver_0.86" driver from their website (apparently its on the driver CD but my ROM is broken).
Installation is a quick untar and run ./install and follow the prompts.
Printer is working 100% under Ubuntu without issue.
And it comes with a very nice gui app to set the printer - perfect for the new user.
