TV finally got delivered. Anyone have recommended image settings for using with the PS5?

Edit:
I also seem to have a strange issue with the wifi. It shows up as 2 bars, but the speed is extremely slow. Can't even stream Youtube at 480P. Other devices have good wifi speed so not sure why the Q70T is struggling.

What mode did you end up using?

Really cant help with the wifi as my router is right next to the tv

I just have it on game mode.

The wifi issues seem to have resolved themselves. For now. Still not the full speed, but enough for the occasional Youtube watching.

Received mine yesterday, I'm impressed by the responsiveness of the UI (coming from an old 1080p samsung from 2013).
Image quality trying to fine tune still, as it looks very dull out of the box - Standard setting.
Dynamic setting looks better but colors seems to be over-saturated at times.

Did not update to 1403 yet, still on 1402.

I use film maker mode and disable all those settings.

Never had a problem with blur on sports.
Yeah Filmmaker mode for picture seems to be the optimal one for me too, although colours aren't as saturated and bright. Any of the other modes and the soap opera effect creeps in, and for sport I have noticed blur on some of the other modes as well.

Does anyone know how to set up HDMI arc to work correctly?
I have a hisense hs212 soundbar and I can only seem to get it to work via optical.
Would prefer HDMI ARC so I can control everyone from one remote.

Normally you just make sure you plug the HDMI cable into the ports marked as ARC. Generally there is only one of those ports on the TV.

You can still control your soundbar with optical. Just set up your remote to act as universal remote for the bar,.

I'm confused. Want to mount it on the wall, but the holes in the back of the tv has no thread?

Is it an issue with my tv or am I missing something?

They have thread at the very bottom. You need to make sure that you have the right mounting screws. Think they need to be 41mm M8.

And friendly tip: If you don't have a swivel mount make sure you plug in the HDMI cables and power cables before hanging the TV on the wall. If you have a straight fit bracket chances are you won't be able to easily access the ports once the TV is up.

Does anyone who owns a Q70T know if it has a dual band wifi chip?

Mine refuses to see my home 5GHz network. The Samsung specs and manuals are super vague, though I did see a statement on one of Samsung's support pages that all their 2020 Smart TVs have 5GHz capability.

So I'm super confused!

Mine only sees the 2.4GHz network so I doubt it.

The Q70T (all Samsung TVs actually) are 2.4Ghz only.

Which is terribly stupid considering streaming blue ray content won't work over 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi

Jip, chromecast ultra works nice (when connected to Lan via its brick.) it's till 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi.

Fine for most stuff (so also the TV) but when you want to watch actual Blue Ray content they both kak over the Wi-Fi.

Must say 4K Netflix works perfectly on both though, so maybe 2.4Ghz isn't soooo bad.

Would still have preferred if Samsung added 5Ghz.
