Sansui Lifepad Connection problems

Morning All

I have just purchased a Sansui Lifepad 16Gig.

I had a problem with a open Telkom Guest Wifi Spot where it showed Limited, So I brought the pad to work where my cell is connected fine, the Lifepad shows connected. but I can not connect to the Windows Store, I get the following error message............

Your PC isn't connected to the Internet. To use the Store, Connect to the internet and then try again.

Any suggestions?

Oh, and no sites work on the internet explorer, not just the store.
Wi fi def shows connected, not even limited
