The South African part...
Rofl
It seems SAPO is trying to get hold of Amazon, to find out why they were cut out of the loop. I can understand why, an important gravy train / income stream is taken away from them now, and they have many hungry mouthes to feed. Those fancy Amazon packages looked oh so tasty and desirable when they arrived at the customs depot every day. Now it has dried up!
"Dear Amazon!
This is SAPO (South African Post Office)! We dimand to know why you stop sending us packages! We deliver excellent service that surpass any other country's postal service, including Brazil! Please keep on sending packages, we need them! It supports our excellent economy! Please respond and action!
Ignorance of this request will be seen as an international act of racism! We will keep our Africa and you can keep your river!
Kind regards!,
Lungile Lose!

I note that the PO is trying to contact Amazon.
