SARS - Can't view e -filing calculations

When I click on "view calculations" I get a message that I need a newer version of PDF viewer.
I clicked on the link provided and downloaded Adobe's latest version. It installed automatically
and I clicked on "agree" to their conditions to activate the software, went back to e-filing but keep on getting the same "need newer version of PDF viewer"
Can someone please come up with an answer?

Save the link and then open it with Adobe. I had the same issue.

It should be as simple as updating your browsers adobe plugin but I know that doesn't always work.

I have had the same issue as has many ppl.
There's an option below the toolbar that says a popup was blocked if I remember correctly.
You click it and it gives you the option of opening the file with a separate viewer.
You point it to Adobe viewer or whatever pdf viwer you have.
Opens it fine.

I assume you using Chrome.. you have to disable Chrome pdf viewer and then make sure Adobe PDF viewer is enabled...


In chrome.. type: chrome://plugins/


Then click "disable" next to chrome pdf viewer
