Were do I check for the refund date?

Is this on the statement of account? All i know if im owed R2800 and wasnt selected for Audit but where do I see refund date?

Okay so help a brother out here.

Changed jobs last year. The previous company changed finance people, so the old finance people don't have the IRP 5 and the new finance people also don't have it as I didn't work there when they took over.

How does this work? How to fix? I can't submit until I get the 2nd IRP 5 but I don't know how to get it...

You should get a IRP5 from each company for the respective months you worked there that fall within the tax period.

Is it not preloaded in the return on eFiling?
 
Received a sms and a email stating the statement of account has been issued.
Reflects R0
So on Monday @+-10:30 did mine and now await my tip....................

Yea. But, the previous company changed finance people (accountants or whatever) and the new ones don't have those details.

No, only the IRP 5 for my current company.

Might be the reason why they changed to someone else, previous people obviously couldn't do their job correctly. Don't know how you're going to fix this one.
 
@UrBaN963, sorry to hear mate. Would it maybe pay to go see a tax practitioner and ask their advice regarding a way forward for your predicament?
 
Yea possibly. I have a friend who I think will be a useful source of TAX advice, will ask her.

So I received the right IRP5 after many e-mails. They sent me my 2015/2016 one so I had to wait another day for the 2016/2017 one as I requested.

Now, is it necessary to wait for SARS to deny my return and only afterwards submit the NOO with the correct IRP5 document or can I fast-track it somehow?
 
So my tax friend helped.

It is the employers responsibility.
So I just sent them that and said, it's your responsibility, I need you to sort it out. She said she'll handle it on Monday which I'll accept.
