Yip. I logged in yesterday and there are no further letters to me after the last one which was "documents received". We wait...

Anyone know how to fix this?

Use IE. Efiling doesnt like Chrome/Firefox.

Called SARS this morning.... Seeing that I am being Audited, I have since been advised that my Audit will take 21 days to be completed.

Do they request more documentation then? I lodged on the 5th and submitted docs and still waiting for anything to happen...

They just advised I would have to be patient and wait for their "SIGNAL".... They will advise accordingly, on efiling, text and email once they have issued a notice of my assessment/statement! Based in the outcome of the AUDIT....

FINALLY, TF! Just received my letter of a completed verification. No changes. I was stressing about those house sale proceeds BIG TIME (again, completely untaxable and legal, but still)!

Sorry to ask, but how do I pull a statement of account again? I want to see when my refund payment date is set for

When you open that tax year, you select request historic notice, and then you can pull a statement under there. Once you have done it once the button appears on that tax year.

But when I did mine it said payment end Jan 2019...so who knows. Completion letter already received with no changes too.

When you open that tax year, you select request historic notice, and then you can pull a statement under there. Once you have done it once the button appears on that tax year.

But when I did mine it said payment end Jan 2019...so who knows. Completion letter already received with no changes too.

Last transaction in the statement is today's date and the refund amount due to me. No other dates in the whole PDF. I'm happy to wait, just glad the wait for verification results is over.

Did you get the letter stating "verification completed" before you received your payment?

No I did not get the letter.

I kept pulling the SOA, and saw the update.

SOA's give more information than the call centre agents.

Agreed. I am happy as long as the money is actually going to come and they are now not changing their minds anymore
