I just wish that oneday my appliances/fixtures/house/car didn't sense the incoming money and then start fighting over which can break the hardest. It's like they know.

if you SOA shows a negative amount , you get a refund, if its a positive amount, get your Vaseline out

The Calculate button. So you save your form and at the top there's a calculate button. Press it and go out, and you should see the option of showing your calculated results before you submit.

Just try again tomorrow. If you are due a refund, you will see a -15 000 for example.

Problem is SARS doesn't want to hear about it until after the official start date of 1 July.

Just submitted mine, ticked that little box that says I ceased to be resident.

Let's see what happens.

As kind of expected, the return was rejected as needing manual processing since I became non-resident.

Got an IT34 this morning, they owe me 37c

Not sure what's going to happen with the non-res thing though.
